Email and document layouts

Cayamanan can prepare emails and printable business documents, but sending mail needs a connected business email service. Ask your system administrator or hosting provider to connect it. In the Cayamanan interface, the technical setup is under Settings > Technical > Email > Outgoing Mail Servers when developer mode is enabled. Your email provider supplies the exact SMTP host, port, encryption, username, and password.

Set the company name, address, logo, tax details, paper format, and document layout before sharing quotations or invoices. Preview a real document and check page breaks, currency, taxes, payment terms, and contact details.

Email templates can contain dynamic fields. Edit a copy carefully, send tests to an internal address, and confirm replies go to a monitored mailbox. Delivery and anti-spam behavior depend on the provider and DNS setup; they are not guaranteed by installing Cayamanan alone.
