What Cayamanan includes¶
Cayamanan 19.0 brings the main records of a business into one browser-based system. The first public guides focus on four connected areas:
Sales — customers, quotations, sales orders, deliveries, and invoices.
Accounting — customer invoices, supplier bills, payments, journals, and reconciliation tools.
Purchase — suppliers, requests for quotation (RFQs), purchase orders, receipts, and bills.
Inventory — products, variants, locations, receipts, deliveries, internal transfers, and inventory counts.
CRM, Recruitment, Employees and HRIS, Manufacturing, Website, Blog, Projects, and other Cayamanan apps may also be available. Ask your administrator which tools are included in your version. Payroll is planned and is not available yet.
What “free” means¶
The Cayamanan software can be self-hosted without a software subscription. A self-hosted organization still pays for and manages its server, backups, security, email delivery, updates, and user support. Managed cloud hosting, Starter Pack setup help, and partner-led training are optional services.
What it does not promise¶
Cayamanan is a working business platform, not an automatic guarantee that a company is compliant with every Philippine tax, labor, privacy, or industry rule. Your company must validate its own setup and procedures. Features also vary with the apps in use, user access, and company settings.
