Documentation maintenance

Pinned dependencies are in docs/requirements.lock. Build with warnings as errors and keep versioned output at docs/_build/html. The production route for this release is /docs/19.0/.

Search is generated by Sphinx. Furo displays the documentation version from docs/conf.py. Set CAYAMANAN_DOCS_REPOSITORY_URL and optionally CAYAMANAN_DOCS_REPOSITORY_BRANCH only when an approved public repository exists; otherwise edit and report links remain absent.

The three launch blog records live in XML marked noupdate=1. Website editors own their content after installation. Module upgrades must not overwrite their changes. A future editorial reset needs a new migration or an explicit decision to take ownership of the records.
